Our goal is to make any exchange and/or refund as fair and easy as possible.

Items shipped incorrectly from our warehouse will be picked up via UPS call tag and exchanged for the correct item. Please contact Customer Service and notify them of the error.

Items needing to be exchanged will incur a $6.00 shipping and handling fee. Submit your exchange with either a copy of your packing slip or a letter noting which item(s) are to be exchanged. Please include a check, money order, or credit card number to cover shipping & handling. All exchanges will be sent to the original shipping address unless otherwise noted.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges, unless the refund is due to our error.

All items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition. We stand by the quality of our vendors and will replace any item(s) damaged or defective. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or used. Contact Customer Service if there are concerns as to the quality of the product received.

Monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
